The Design &Heritage Group meets monthly.

D&H works with and through many major public and national organisations to protect the heritage of Guildford, utilising the range of expertise of the Society’s members and ensuring the timely identification of heritage issues.

D&H works with other local conservation, heritage and local history groups to increase the general public's appreciation and understanding of Guildford's heritage.

D&H undertakes specific heritage projects or, where appropriate, supports projects undertaken by others.

D&H encourages architects and local organisations with biennial Design Awards.

If you would like to nominate buildings and projects for the Guildford Society Design Awards in 2010, please E-mail your nomination form (click here for form) to design@guildfordsociety.org.uk by the middle of May or sooner if you wish a photograph of your nomination to appear in the June exhibition.
