A revamp of the existing building with new cladding, 3 extra floors and revised interior. The Building will remain as a office location under current plans but for multiple occupants.
This building just creeps under a notional 70M Above Ordance Datum (AOD) height which appears to being used by Planners
This approval may set a precedent for development on top of existing buildings e.g. Ranger House, No 1 Farnham Road, etc
